Dr. Chu and her staff are very courteous professional. She puts together a Plan of Care, and will discuss what she would like to address next. This way there are no surprises. It was my 3 year old daughters first time getting her teeth cleaned. We did visit them prior to this cleaning to ‘tour’ the room and let her get to know our hygienist, Jamie, better and see the tools and how they work. Everyone was very understanding of this time spent. It was very helpful for my daughter when we came back for a cleaning she was much less nervous. Everyone is very friendly and thorough with cleanings and explanations of any questions asked.
